Tim has been a part of the furniture industry for over 30 years with experience in facilities management and as a dealer sales representative before carrying his passion for the industry to representing manufacturers of textiles and furniture.  His goal is to help the end user, designer and dealer produce the best solution for their needs and ensure that customer service is a priority.  He enjoys working with his associates, clients and friends that he has met over his career.  Tim loves spending time with his family: his wife Pat, their two beautiful daughters, Meagan (an excellent hair stylist) and Shanley (the best teacher around), as well as his first grand-daughter, Claire.

Pete is a native of Youngstown, OH.  He graduated from The University of Cincinnati with a Bachelor of Architecture degree. Post college, he worked for NBBJ, doing primarily Healthcare Architecture.  In 2000, after 7 years, he got the “itch” and went to work with The Falcon Companies as a Manufacturer Direct Rep.  In 2005, he joined forces with Tim O’Neil due to his reputation as one of the best reps around (and because Tim invented the “Drink and Learn”, try his legendary Long Island Iced Tea!).  What Pete enjoys most about his work is making people happy and being able to help provide the perfect design solution, at the right price and on time!  Pete is happily married to Mitzi, his college sweetheart, (who works at NBBJ) and has three lovely daughters, Cecilia, Isabella, and Gabriella. Call him sometime!

 Jennifer Lindemuth

Jennifer has been in the industry for almost 20 years. She was an Interior Designer for 10 years, and a Director of Interior Design for an architectural firm for 5 years before joining Tim O’Neil & Associates. She earned her NCIDQ certification and LEED AP accreditation during that time. Jennifer is an active member of ASID and IDLCPA in Pittsburgh. She has a wonderful family and enjoys music, travel and friends! She loves what she gets to do and has made many wonderful relationships because of her current position. “Work should be fun or it’s not worth doing! We have a great group with Tim and it feels more like family with this crazy group!”

Nicki Verlin Nicki Verlin

Nicki covers Southern Ohio and Kentucky.  She earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Interior Design and brings a depth of valuable contract furniture experience in sales and design within Herman Miller dealership.  Nicki’s passion for design leads to forward-thinking discussions around innovative, powerful and most importantly – differentiated solutions.  Living in Cincinnati, Nicki enjoys being part of a growing and vibrant city.  Without a doubt, you can catch her around town exploring a pop-up event, architectural tour, or even yoga and volleyball in the park. It is with that inspiration she leverages her experience, knowledge, and creativity as a resource for those in creating environments – inside and out – that can truly be inspiring and enjoyed by all!

Tracey Corbo Tracey Corbo

Tracey is new to the industry but brings with her a wide variety of skills.  Her communication skills, along with her high-energy nature has made her a quick study.  Her goal is to help the customer find the best solution for their needs and ensure that customer service is a priority.  She enjoys connecting with her clients and is looking forward to making many new friends.  Her undergraduate degree is from Kent State University and she topped that off with a Master’s degree in Counseling from Wright State University.  In her free time Tracey keeps busy with her  3 active children.  She loves watching her boys play sports and her daughter dance!
